FBI’s Most Wanted: Elpidio Reyna Hunted for Violent Attack on ICE Patrols

Elpidio Reyna, a 40-year-old man born July 21, 1984, has become the FBI’s top fugitive in Southern California. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs about 165 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes and a distinctive body mark: a tattoo on his left arm with the word “Carmen.”

On June 7, 2025, around 3:30 p.m., Elpidio Reyna was identified as the alleged assailant of a federal agent during a demonstration in the city of Paramount, California. According to authorities, he threw cement blocks and rocks at official immigration vehicles, resulting in the injury of at least one officer. The attack occurred in the midst of a day of protests against ICE operations in Latino communities in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Several patrol cars were hit by the thrown objects, causing material damage and endangering the safety of the officers.

Elpidio Reyna was officially declared “armed and dangerous” by federal authorities.
