Spanish singer Enrique Bunbury will be inducted on October 16 into the Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame at the Musa Awards and will receive the Latin Grammy Award for Musical Excellence in Las Vegas (USA) in November.
The Musa Awards, the annual Pavilion of Fame induction gala, will be held on October 16 in Miami and will bring together some of the greatest creators of Latin music, according to the singer’s website.
Since its founding in 2012 by Desmond Child and Rudy Perez, it pays tribute to composers whose work has left a lasting mark on music in Spanish and Portuguese.
The selected artists stand out not only for their artistic excellence and influence, but also for creating songs that are part of the cultural fabric of entire generations.
Enrique Bunbury is a Latin music legend

The double recognition of Bunbury this year celebrates his legacy and also his intensely active present.
The work of Bunbury, leader of the band Héroes del Silencio and who has already had a solo career spanning more than two decades, has included rock, electronic music, bolero, tango, ranchera and other genres, supported by his unmistakable voice and a highly literary lyric.
His albums include ‘Pequeño’, ‘Flamingos’, ‘Licenciado Cantinas’ and his most recent work, ‘Cuentas Pendientes’.
According to Agencia EFE, 2025 also marks the long-awaited return of ‘El Huracán Ambulante’, the band that accompanied him in his early years as a solo artist, with a tour that will soon include concerts in Madrid, Barcelona and Zaragoza, before closing in Buenos Aires at the Ferro Stadium.
