The City of Phoenix offers a number of free fitness workouts through the FitPHX program.

These classes are designed for all ages and skill levels.

They are held at the FitLot outdoor fitness center, located in the Rose Mofford Sports Complex at 9833 N. 25th Ave.

Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7 pm.
