Grupo Frontera is embarking on the “most ambitious” tour of its career to date, which will take one of the leading exponents of new regional Mexican music to stages in European countries such as Spain and Italy in 2026.
In a statement released on Tuesday, November 18 by their advertising agency in Spain, the Mexican-American quintet announced that next year they will present their latest studio album, ‘Lo Que Me Falta Por Llorar’, in “a very extensive tour in terms of capacity and cities”, which will take them to “the big European stages” for the first time.
European tour of the ‘Triste pero bien C*brón’ (Sad but good C*brón) tour

The first stop of the tour, under the name ‘Triste pero bien C*brón’, will be on June 27th in Barcelona.
The Frontera Group “will visit Spain with special affection, which occupies half of its stay in the old continent,” the statement said.
The tour kick-off in Barcelona will be followed by concerts in Zurich (June 28), London (July 2), Marbella (July 6), Madrid (July 9) and Milan (July 11), a tour that will extend throughout the European summer.
“Grupo Frontera are signing a brilliant career, singing to love, heartbreak and life,” adds the note.
It also highlights “his unique style, capable of fusing Mexican Norteño with other and very varied musical genres, from country to reggaeton”.
A meteoric trajectory

Winners of the Best Norteño Album award at last week’s Latin Grammy Awards, Adelaido Solís III, Julián Peña Jr., Alberto Acosta, Carlos Guerrero and Juan Javier Cantú founded Grupo Frontera in 2022.
Since then, they have collaborated with artists such as Bad Bunny, Alejandro Sanz or Carlos Santana, among many others.
