Renowned Colombian presenter Alejandra Gómez, host of the morning show Mañana Express on RCN channel, passed away suddenly on August 10, 2025, the same day she celebrated her 43rd birthday.
The news was announced four days later, on August 14, during an emotional broadcast of the program where his colleagues paid him a heartfelt live tribute.
Alejandra Gómez was born on August 10, 1982 in Cali, Valle del Cauca. For more than 15 years, she worked as a journalist in media such as Telepacífico, CityTV, Red Más Noticias, Claro and, finally, RCN.
She also served as master of ceremonies and strategic communications consultant.
