Urban artist Young Miko will perform as the opening act in several concerts in the United States of the tour of U.S. star Billie Eilish, ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’, announced Wednesday the representatives of the Puerto Rican singer.
Young Miko’s eight performances will take place between October 14 and October 26 in the states of Florida, North Carolina, Philadelphia and New York.
On October 14, the Puerto Rican singer will perform at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida; October 16-17 at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina; October 19-20 at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina; and October 23 at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The last two dates will be October 25 and 26 at the UBS Arena in Long Island, New York, according to a press release.
The announcement comes ahead of the release of Young Miko’s upcoming single, ‘Meiomi’, which is already available on music platforms to be pre-recorded.
This is not the first time Young Miko has opened for a superstar, in 2023 she opened for Colombian Karol G and in 2024 she had her own show at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival.
Similarly, Young Miko celebrated his ‘XOXO’ tour last year, which included twenty dates in the U.S. and thirteen dates in Latin America.
The Puerto Rican artist debuted in 2023 on Billboard magazine’s Hot 100 chart, reported Agencia EFE.
