The ring with which U.S. star Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, sealed their engagement is composed of an ancient diamond and the American soccer player participated in its design, Page Six reported Tuesday.
Designed jointly by Kindred Lubeck of Artifez Fine Jewelry and Kelce, the piece features a hand-cut, cushion-shaped brilliant-cut diamond with rounded corners and thick facets on a gold band, popular in the 18th and 19th centuries, the trade magazine detailed.

The ring is complemented by a Cartier Santos Demoiselle watch adorned with diamonds and a gold band and apparently cost 550 thousand dollars, or 10 million 450 thousand pesos.
Swift and Kelce announced their engagement Tuesday via a post on their official Instagram accounts along with a carousel of photos showing the player kneeling in front of the ‘Love Story’ singer or a close-up of the engagement ring.
The couple began their courtship in 2023, after he attended one of her concerts and was “hypnotized” and “captivated” by the singer, according to the couple on August 13 on the ‘New Heights’ podcast that the American football player hosts with his brother Jason, reported Agencia EFE.
