Los Angeles 2028 kicks off ticket sales, sparks Olympic fever

Sales will be conducted through a lottery

The Los Angeles 2028 Games open registration this Wednesday, January 14, through next March 18, 2026, for fans from around the world who want to enter the draw for tickets to the competition, through Tickets.LA28.org, with a starting price of $28.

The organization announced that participants will be entered into a lottery, which will randomly assign times for the purchase of tickets during several future sales phases, the first from April 9 to 19 of this year. The pre-sale for local residents will be earlier, from April 2 to 6. Tickets for the Paralympic Games will go on sale in 2027.

Registration is required for both single and multi-sport tickets.

And while the starting price is $28, details for all ticket categories will be released next April.

The Los Angeles Games, to be held July 14-30, 2028, will offer individual tickets and premium hospitality experiences.

With at least one million seats priced at $28 and one-third for less than $100.

LA28 (Los Angeles 2028) director Reynold Hoover said at a ceremony at the Memorial Coliseum, which brought together more than 300 Olympic and Paralympic athletes.
