Luis Suarez, Inter Miami’s Uruguayan striker, will miss the third and final MLS Cup Round of 16 match against Nashville on Saturday, November 8, after Major League Soccer(MLS) suspended him one game for kicking an opponent in the last match.
“The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended Inter Miami CF forward Luis Suarez for one match and fined him an undisclosed amount (…) for violent conduct in the 71st minute of Inter Miami’s match against Nashville SC on Nov. 1,” MLS said Wednesday, Nov. 5, in a statement.
Lose control!

The Charrúa striker, who was not punished by the referee at the time, was unmarking himself.
Then, chased by an opponent and with the ball several yards away, he swung his leg back and elbowed Nashville’s Honduran defender Andy Najar.
Luis Suarez will miss what could be Inter Miami’s last game of the season in case of defeat.
The team coached by Argentine Javier Mascherano and captained by Lionel Messi won the first game of the MLS Cup round of 16 series.
However, it lost the second away last Saturday.
Without Suarez and under pressure

The winner of the third game, to be played this Saturday, November 8 in Miami, Florida, will advance to the quarterfinals of the playoffs.
Luis Suarez was suspended last September with six Leagues Cup matches.
Plus three from MLS after spitting on a Seattle Sounders security member.
This happened at the end of the Leagues Cup final, in which Inter Miami lost by 3 goals to zero.
