With only a few weeks remaining in the regular season, Major League Baseball (MLB) has confirmed the official schedule for the 2025 Postseason, which will define the new champion of Major League Baseball.
The activity will begin next Tuesday, September 30 with the Wild Card Series, and will extend to a possible seventh game of the World Series on Saturday, November 1.
Key dates for each round
Wild Card Series: September 30 to October 2 (best of three games).
Divisional Series (ALDS and NLDS): October 4 to 11 (best of five).
Championship Series (ALCS and NLCS): October 12-21 (best of seven).
World Series: October 24 to November 1 (best of seven).
Each MLB round will test the depth of rosters, bullpen management and the ability of teams to respond under pressure.

The first game of the Fall Classic will be played at the stadium of the league champion team with the best regular season record.
