Francesca Stirling, the middle daughter of the Bridgerton family, and Michaela Stirling, her late husband’s cousin, will star in the fifth season of this series, one of Netflix’s most popular.
Francesca, played by Hannah Dodd, married John Stirling (Victor Alli) at the end of the third season and in the fourth season, in which one of the plots is her lack of sexual pleasure with her husband, he passes away.

The fourth season, which was seen this 2026, has remained seven weeks in the top 10 on the platform and has accumulated 122.2 million views, according to the company’s data.
The series adapts Julia Quinn’s bestselling saga of novels set in London high society during the Regency period (early 19th century).
So far, four seasons of the main story and a spin-off series, ‘Quuen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story’, have been produced.
