Club Pachuca Women was crowned champion of the Liga MX Femenil for the first time after beating Club América in a dramatic final of the Clausura 2025. Despite losing 0-2 in the second leg, the team from Hidalgo managed to win the championship thanks to a 3-0 victory in the first leg, with a 3-2 aggregate score in their favor.

The second leg, played at the Ciudad de los Deportes Stadium in front of more than 30,000 fans, was full of tension. América came close to a comeback with goals from Irene Paredes and Scarlett Camberos, but Pachuca resisted heroically, even with one player down from the 70th minute after Daniela Flores was sent off for a double yellow card.
