Talented singer, songwriter and cellist Sada, internationally recognized for her innovative Afro-Latin fusion, releases her new single “Amores” just in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day in 2025.
With a career that has seen her collaborate with music giants such as Shakira, Jennifer Lopez and Björk, Sada reaffirms her position as one of the most respected and versatile artists on the music scene today.
A sincere exploration of love

“Amores” is a profound reflection on the many facets of love.
“I wrote ‘Amores’ because I wanted to talk about the different faces of love: those that fill you with happiness and bring back a smile, but also those that can break you and take away your peace.
“It’s an exploration of the intense emotions that come with loving and being loved,” says Sada, who was born in Cuba and now lives in Miami.
The song stems from an intimate conversation with friends, in which confessions, laughter, laments and inspiring truths about their own love experiences were shared.
Sada, a path forged since childhood
Sada, 30, began his musical vocation at an early age: he started singing at the age of four and studying music at seven.
In 2023 she took a crucial step when she began writing her own music for voice and cello, which prompted her to launch her solo career.
He also has a master’s degree in classical music, a training that intertwines with his Cuban and Beninese roots to create a unique sound that transcends cultural boundaries.
Collaborations and challenges along the way

Before establishing himself as an independent artist, Sada accompanied prominent artists on major stages.
In 2020, for example, he had the honor of participating in the Super Bowl show alongside Shakira.
She has also shared the stage with artists such as Jennifer López, Björk, Halsey, Camilo, Vanesa Martín and Carlos Rivera.
Although his career as a cellist has been successful, the transition to a solo career presented him with challenges in balancing the demands of working with other artists and his desire to express himself fully through his music.
An invitation to feel and share
“When I wrote this song, I felt connected to all those intense emotions that love makes us feel, from joy to nostalgia.
“I hope people sing it, because we all, at some point, have experienced a love that makes us fly and also one that hurts us. It is a song to feel and share,” said Sada.
With “Amores”, the artist not only celebrates the duality of love, but also invites her listeners to reconnect with their own sentimental experiences, making the song an anthem for those who have laughed and cried for love.
