Singer and actress Sasha Sokol has once again made a public statement about the legal proceedings against producer Luis de Llano Macedo.
Through her social networks, the former member of the group Timbiriche denounced that the producer has not yet complied with the sentence dictated by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN).
The message was published on March 8, in the context of the commemoration of International Women’s DayThe message was published on March 8, in the context of International Women’s Day, a date that is often used to highlight the struggles for equality and justice for women.
In his publication, Sokol expressed his frustration by pointing out that, despite the fact that the case has already been resolved by the highest judicial instance in the country, the producer has still not complied with the obligations imposed on him by the courts.
Sasha Sokol and Luis de Llano: A process that started four years ago

In her message, the singer recalled that four years ago she made the decision to make her story public and file a legal complaint against Luis de Llano Macedo for sexual abuse. According to what she has told on different occasions, the events occurred when she was a minor.
Since then, the case has gone through different legal stages until it reached the Supreme Court, where a judgment against the producer for moral damages was finally ratified. The resolution establishes that De Llano must issue a public apology addressed to the artist, in addition to paying economic compensation.
Sokol explained that this money should be destined to an institution dedicated to the defense and protection of minors, which for her represents a way for the process to have a positive impact beyond her personal case.
Although the sentence was confirmed by the Supreme Court more than eight months ago, the artist claims that so far the producer has not complied with any of the measures ordered by the court.
In his publication, Sokol shared that he even doubted if he should talk about it again, as he recognizes that many people feel that his story has gone on too long.
“I hesitated a lot if today I should write something or not. I hesitated because I know there are people who are tired of my story. The truth is that I am tired too, and I know that many women who seek justice are tired too,” she wrote.
The singer added that the emotional toll of these processes is common among those who seek justice, as they must present evidence, defend their testimony and wait for long periods of time for the authorities to make decisions and for the legal consequences to be carried out.
The producer’s controversial justification

One of the most striking points of Sokol’s message was the explanation that, according to her, Luis de Llano has given for not complying with the public apology.
According to the singer, the producer argues that issuing such apology could “revictimize” her. However, the artist qualified this position as absurd and assured that, in reality, what prolongs the damage is that the responsible party evades his obligation before justice.
For Sokol, the public apology is not simply a legal requirement. He considers it a fundamental act to acknowledge the facts and establish a public truth about what happened.
The singer insisted that compliance with the sentence represents much more than closing a legal file. From her perspective, the public recognition of the facts is a way of validating the truth and setting a precedent for other victims.
Their message, disseminated on a symbolic date such as International Women’s Day, also seeks to make visible the obstacles that many women face even after obtaining favorable rulings in the courts.
Meanwhile, the case continues to generate conversation on social networks, where followers and activists remain attentive to whether the producer will finally comply with the Supreme Court’s order.
