Despierta América is Univision’s flagship morning show, broadcast since 1997. Over the years, it has had a variety of presenters who have brought their charisma and professionalism to the show.

Raúl González
Of Venezuelan origin, Raul joined Despierta América in 2001.
In addition to his work as a presenter, he is an actor and broadcaster, having started his career in theater at the age of 18.
Before joining the program, she worked in channels such as Discovery Kids Latin America and Nickelodeon in English.
Karla Martínez
Born in Chihuahua, Mexico, Karla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Texas at El Paso.
She began her career at El Control and joined Despierta América in 2006.
In 2002, she was recognized by People en Español magazine as one of the 25 most beautiful women.
Alan Tacher
Mexican host and entertainer, Alan began his career in 1996 with TV Azteca’s Te Caché.
Later, he hosted the reality show La Academia, where artists such as Yuridia and Carlos Rivera became known.
In 2012, she joined Despierta América.
Francisca
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Francisca won the ninth season of Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2015.
Prior to her participation in the contest, she had worked in programs such as Boca de Piano is a show in her native country.
Her charisma and talent led her to join the Despierta América team in 2015.
Jessica Rodríguez
Venezuelan by birth, Jessica officially joined the Despierta America team in 2022, after having been an intern at Univision for eight years.
She is known for her fresh and modern style, and often shares her looks on social networks.
Jomari Goyso
A fashion and beauty expert of Spanish origin, Jomari has stood out for his participation in various Univision programs, contributing his knowledge of trends and style.
He joined the Despierta América team in 2021.
Satcha Pretto
A Honduran journalist, Satcha has been the news anchor at Despierta América since 2011.
Prior to joining the program, she worked at CNN en Español and has been recognized for her journalistic work on multiple occasions.
