Dominican rapper Yailin La Más Viral was once again in the public eye, this time for a legal matter that has generated great controversy. According to information released by the National Police, the artist was arrested on Tuesday after being found in possession of firearms without the corresponding permits.
The incident occurred during an operation carried out in Santo Domingo Este, where authorities intercepted the vehicle in which the singer was traveling. The news quickly went viral on social networks, provoking divided reactions among her followers and detractors.

According to the official report, the interpreter was on board a luxury vehicle, specifically a Lamborghini she owned, accompanied by two other people whose identity was not disclosed. During the inspection, the agents found two firearms inside the car.
The confiscated items included a fifth-generation Glock 19 pistol, equipped with a trigger selector, a magazine and two capsules. A Zoraki pistol was also seized with its respective magazine and five capsules. These findings were decisive to proceed with the arrest of the artist.
Following the arrest, Yailin was handed over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which will now be in charge of defining her legal situation. The authorities indicated that the case remains under investigation to clarify the origin of the weapons and to determine if there are other implications.
