The World Baseball Classic announced Thursday the first official soundtrack in the history of the tournament, which will be played from this week in the United States, Japan and Puerto Rico, and in which artists such as Becky G, Myke Towers or Young Miko, among others, have collaborated.

The main theme of the competition is ‘Make It Count’, a mix of Latin pop, reggaeton and K-pop performed by American Becky G, Puerto Rican Myke Towers and Yeonjun, a member of the South Korean boy band Tomorrow X Together.

The choice of artists is a nod to the venues of the tournament, whose first match was played today in Tokyo, with the rest starting on Friday in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Behind the first soundtrack in the history of the tournament is two-time Grammy-winning producer Tainy, who has experience working with Bad Bunny, Dua Lipa and Justin Bieber.
