After the legal resolution confirming that Yolanda Saldivar, Selena Quintanilla’s confessed murderer, will not be released from prison, AB Quintanilla-brother of the iconic Tejano singer-breaked his silence and shared a strong message on his social networks.

“I just received the news that the person who took the life of my beautiful sister Selena will not be released…. I think he should spend the rest of his life in prison,” AB wrote on his official account. This message comes after media reports that the Texas Parole Board denied the early release request of Saldívar, who has been serving a life sentence since 1995 after being found guilty of first-degree murder.
