Tori Spelling, the star of ‘Beverly Hills, 90210,’ was involved in a car accident on a California highway while traveling with seven children last Thursday, and the group had to be transported to a hospital for treatment of their injuries, her spokesperson confirmed to NBC on Sunday.
The 52-year-old actress was driving a vehicle with seven children, four of them her children and the other three friends of the children, on Thursday afternoon in the Southern California city of Temecula.
Spelling has five children with her ex-husband Dean McDermott; their current ages range from 9 to 19. It is unclear who was traveling with her.

According to the spokeswoman’s account, another driver struck Spelling’s vehicle after allegedly speeding through a red light.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department who responded to the scene told the television station that they found both vehicles at the scene with damage and all occupants were taken to nearby hospitals.
The actress, daughter of prolific television producer Aaron Spelling, and the seven children were treated for injuries including cuts, bruises, contusions and concussions, according to TMZ, which first reported the accident.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation, reported Agencia EFE.
