Mexican singer Christian Nodal trended again on social networks after sharing a preview of his next song on his official Instagram account.
The fragment, with a melancholic and romantic tone, was enough to generate a wave of reactions among his followers, who interpreted the lyrics as a possible reference to his personal life.
On October 15, 2025, the singer of Adiós amor published a story in which he can be seen singing from his studio, officially opening the space where he is preparing his new album. With a guitar in hand and an intimate atmosphere, Nodal interpreted some verses full of nostalgia and regret:
“We wanted to be eternal, but no… Sometimes wanting is not enough. The good thing they say lasts only a short time. The bad thing is that I don’t stop loving you. Girl, what a sin that what we have is going to end like this. How sad that the story we wrote doesn’t have a happy ending.
If I had known that that kiss was the last of love, I wouldn’t give it to you, I wouldn’t kiss you.
If I had known that that night was the last, I wouldn’t have pushed you away.”

The fragment, brief but intense, reflects Nodal’s characteristic style: a mixture of heartbreak, poetry and emotional vulnerability.
Within minutes of being shared, the video went viral. Thousands of fans and users commented on the sentimental tone of the song and began to speculate whether the song is inspired by the artist’s love life.
Nodal, 26, has maintained intense media exposure in recent years due to his romantic relationships. His recent romance with Ángela Aguilar, publicly confirmed in June 2024, has been the subject of constant attention. For this reason, many fans interpreted the fragment as a possible reference to his history with the singer, although the artist did not make any direct allusion.
Christian Nodal and his message of admiration to Luan Santana
Along with the preview, Nodal shared a message in Portuguese addressed to the renowned Brazilian singer-songwriter Luan Santana, with whom he maintains a close friendship:
“Finally releasing studio, soul brother, I love you. Please invite me to navigate this uncertain world, although, by the way, full of art, and with music we embark on this journey. You tell me when, I love you, much respect to you and your art.”
The text surprised his fans, as it not only reflected an artistic connection between the two musicians, but also sparked rumors of a possible international collaboration. Santana, one of Brazil’s most influential artists in pop music and sertaneja, has already collaborated with powerful Latin figures, making the possibility of a joint project credible.
Nodal’s publication coincided with Ángela Aguilar’s recent 22nd birthday, celebrated with a private gathering at the beach with family and close friends. The Sonora-born singer was also present at the celebration, as evidenced in a photo shared from the Instagram account of the Aguilar family’s pug puppy.

In the image, Angela and Christian Nodal can be seen hugging with El Gordo Aguilar, with a pool and the sea in the background, which shows the intimate and relaxed atmosphere of the celebration.
The description accompanying the post read: “Celebrating the life of my beloved Ángela Aguilar”, and the story included the song Amé, performed by Nodal, in the background, a detail that fans did not overlook.
In recent months, Christian Nodal has shown a more introspective side, focusing on his music and a new personal stage. After consolidating himself as one of the greatest exponents of regional Mexican music, the artist has been exploring more universal sounds, combining his ranchero style with pop influences and international collaborations.
The preview of his new song, although brief, seems to anticipate a return to his romantic roots, the same ones that led him to success with songs such as Probablemente, Te fallé and De los besos que te di. In the meantime, his fans are eagerly awaiting the official release of the song, which promises to become another hit in his repertoire.
