The United States has revoked the visas of six people, four of them Latin Americans, for criticizing on social networks the ultraconservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was shot dead on September 10.
“The United States has no obligation to welcome foreign nationals who wish death on Americans. The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous murder of Charlie Kirk,” that department said in X.

Among the six is an Argentine who said that Kirk dedicated his entire life to propagating racist, xenophobic and misogynist rhetoric and that he deserved to burn in hell.
“Visa revoked,” announced the State Department on that social network, which does not identify the person but does disseminate the message he posted on X.
The Government also revoked the visa of a Mexican who claimed that Kirk died a “racist and misogynist” and who considered that “there are people who deserve to die” and that dead people make “the world a better place”.
A Mexican national said that Kirk “died being a racist, he died being a misogynist” and stated that “there are people who deserve to die. There are people who would make the world better off dead.”

According to the State Department, the Brazilian man whose permit was revoked said that Kirk died “too late”, while another affected person, a Paraguayan, maintained that the activist was “a son of a f*** and died under his own rules”, according to Washington.
The other two visas revoked belonged to a German who noted that “when fascists die the democrats don’t complain.”
While the sixth person is a South African who, according to Washington, mocked that there were Americans who were hurt “because the racist demonstration ended in an attempt to turn him into a martyr.”
The State Department stressed that both President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will defend the country’s borders, culture and citizens by enforcing immigration laws.
“Foreigners who take advantage of American hospitality by celebrating the murder of our citizens will be expelled,” he stressed in X.
Kirk was killed at an outdoor event on a Utah college campus.
The alleged shooter is a 22-year-old white male identified as Tyler Robinson.
On Tuesday, October 14, which would have been Kirk’s 32nd birthday, Trump posthumously presented him with the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
Kirk was a leading proponent of the Trumpist ‘Make America Great Again’ movement and, according to Vice President J.D. Vance, a key figure in the 2024 election campaign.
In addition to having helped place people in government positions during the structuring of the Trump Administration.
His funeral, held on September 21 in Arizona, drew more than 100,000 people, including top U.S. government officials, who spoke to bid him farewell.
