Colombian artist Manuel Turizo released this Friday his new single ‘Mírame Ahora (Salud mi Reina)’, an urban melody with afrobeat rhythms that narrates an unexpected love marked by passion, connection and spontaneity.
The singer and co-author of ‘La bachata’ composed the song with his brother Julian Turizo and other artists, and recorded it in his native Colombia, with Homero Gallardo on acoustic guitar.
The music video, directed by Turizo himself with Andrés Cifuentes, “reflects a fresh and organic aesthetic, faithful to the creative spirit of the artist” and projects “his most intimate essence” with his natural, sensual and mischievous style, according to the company that represents him, Gus Rincón, in a statement.
Manuel Turizo continues to tour

Turizo, 25, presents ‘Mírame Ahora (Salud mi Reina) while continuing his international tour ‘201’, homonymous to his most recent album, where he “fuses music, film, theater and visual art”.
The next stops for the singer born in Montería (northern Colombia) will be in the United States, with presentations in Orlando on August 28, Miami on August 29 and Charlotte on August 31, before continuing in Texas and California in September.
Subsequently, the artist will travel to Spain, where he will give fifteen concerts in cities such as Murcia, Malaga, Granada, Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid and Seville, culminating on November 1 in Gran Canaria.
Turizo accumulates ‘hits’ since he broke through in 2017, at just 17 years old, with the catchy ‘Una lady como tú’, until today, and has numerous songs with other stars, such as ‘Vagabundo’, shared with Sebastián Yatra and Béele, or ‘Una vaina loca’ with Ozuna, Agencia EFE reported.
