In June 2025, Rafael Araneda closed one of the most important cycles of his professional career with the end of Enamorándonos USA, a program he hosted with Ana Patricia Gámez on UniMás prime time since 2019.

The show said goodbye after more than 1,100 broadcasts, becoming one of the most successful formats in recent Hispanic television.

At the time, the host expressed publicly what this project meant to him and his family, since it was the space that brought them to live in the United States.

Araneda summed up that stage with a single word: gratitude, highlighting the stories, emotions and the work of the behind-the-scenes team.

Six months later, Araneda begins a new professional chapter by joining Despierta America, one of Univision’s most watched programs and a news and entertainment reference for the U.S. Hispanic community.

He participates in the segment “Sin rollo”, a roundtable discussion in which different communicators openly express their opinions on current affairs, social issues and trends that generate conversation.

Araneda himself shared his enthusiasm on social networks when he announced his incorporation, posting an image with his new companions and noting that he was “happy” to begin this challenge.

Among those who welcomed him was reporter Paola Gutiérrez, who highlighted both his professionalism and his human qualities.
