Legendary golfer Tiger Woods has gone public with his relationship with Vanessa Trump, Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, in the midst of a complicated personal period following the loss of his mother and a left Achilles injury that will keep him out of competition until 2026.

The news was confirmed by Woods himself through his Instagram account with the message, “Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side,” accompanied by a photo next to Vanessa.

Rumors about the relationship between Tiger Woods (49) and Vanessa Trump (47) had been circulating for weeks, especially after their appearance together on the final day of the Genesis Invitational 2025 at Torrey Pines.

Vanessa attended with her daughter Kai Trump, who shares a school with the golfer’s sons, Sam and Charlie Woods.

The social media post follows the same strategy Tiger Woods used in 2013 to announce his relationship with skier Lindsey Vonn, seeking to control the media narrative and protect his private life.

In the message they also asked for respect and privacy while they consolidate their new stage together.

The news of this relationship comes shortly after the death of Kultida Woods, the golfer’s mother.

He is also recovering from the injury that forced him to cancel his participation in The Players Championship.

This will keep him away from competitive golf until at least the beginning of 2026.

During this period, Tiger Woods has been in frequent contact with President Donald Trump, with whom he has had a close relationship for years.

After his mother’s death, Tiger was invited to the Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach.

Days later, he attended a reception at the White House for Black History Month, where he received a standing ovation from the president.

In 2019, Trump awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Since then, they have shared multiple encounters, including playing golf with Charlie Woods, the athlete’s youngest son.
