Mexican Karime Pindter, one of the most recognized figures in the world of reality TV in Latin America, for her participation in ‘La Casa de los Famosos’ or ‘La Más Draga’, will jump into the world of cinema with her documentary ‘La verdadera Matryoshka’, which will be released in theaters in the country on April 23rd.

The production, which navigates between comedy, entertainment and pop culture, will follow Pindter’s eventful career, especially that defining moment in his career when he prepared in front of 20,000 people for the finale of ‘La Más Draga’, one of the most watched programs by the LGTBIQ+ community in Mexico.

“I’ve been living in front of a camera for more than ten years, but always under someone else’s rules. With this documentary, I take control. I wanted to show that behind the phrases and the high luxuries, there is a whole process… insecurities, fears to overcome and a lot of work,” said the celebrity in a statement shared by the agency EB Public Relations.

Therefore, this leap to the big screen is the professional dancer’s quest to show that between “chaotic rehearsals, viral phrases and Lamborghinis” there is also a real process in the show, which lies in the “ability to overcome personal fears”.

In this sum of personal challenges, Pindter affirmed that making her debut in the world of film is an achievement that serves to “demonstrate that we Latinas in this industry can produce our own stories,” in which “the real spectacle is “the whole road we have to travel to fulfill our dreams.

The feature film will also take a closer look at the content creator’s more intimate side, revealing her relationships with her closest circle, which includes major Mexican television personalities such as hosts Galilea Montijo and Andrea Legarreta to some of the most recognized members of the LGTBIQ+ community.

Another of the revelations of the production will be the song ‘Sex Siren’, which will represent a new chapter in her musical career and seeks to become “an anthem of empowerment for all women”.

The song will be released on April 9 and, according to the text, was produced by Luis Salazar, who has worked with Maluma, Sebastián Yatra and Chayanne, and composed by Samantha Cámara, who has written songs for artists such as Anitta, Danna Paola and Kenya Os, reported Agencia EFE.
