Kid Rock and other country singers will perform a concert as a “patriotic alternative” to Bad Bunny’s halftime show next Sunday at Super Bowl LX, announced Monday Turning Point USA, the group of the late ultraconservative leader Charlie Kirk, an ally of President Donald Trump.
“The lineup for the all-American halftime show is here. See Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice and Gabby Barrett this Sunday,” Turning Point USA reported on its social media.
They seek to exalt conservative values

The concert, for which more artists and details are still to be revealed, will be broadcast at the same time as Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl show on Turning Point USA’s social media.
As well as on conservative channels such as OAN News, Real America’s Voice, TBN, NTD and The National News Desk, the event’s official site noted.
The organization of Kirk, who was killed last September 10 at a college event in Utah, had announced the concert since October.
This follows criticism from Trump and sectors of the MAGA (‘Make America Great Again’) movement against Bad Bunny because he sings in Spanish.
Although he is a Puerto Rican, he is a U.S. citizen.
With the show, whose location is not yet public, the conservative group promises to celebrate “faith, family and freedom”.
Announcement comes on the heels of Bad Bunny’s win

Alternative Super Bowl halftime performers announced one day after Bad Bunny’s historic Grammy win.
His album ‘DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS’ became on Sunday the first all-Spanish album to be crowned the best of the year.
In addition, the singer reiterated his criticism of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
He will be operating next Sunday in Santa Clara, California, in the match between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks.
“Before I thank God, I’m going to say: out ICE,” commented the artist, the most listened to artist in the world, with 19.8 billion plays on Spotify in 2025.

In the face of the controversy, Trump announced that he will not attend the Super Bowl.
And that he is “against” Bad Bunny and the group Green Day, which will also participate in the show.
“I am against them. I think it’s a lousy choice. All it does is sow hatred. Terrible.”
Trump said from the Oval Office to The New York Post in an interview published Jan. 24.
