Mexican soccer’s Tigres UANL defeated MLS’ s Nashville 1-0 on Tuesday to advance to the final of the CONCACAF Champions Cup.
At their stadium in Monterrey, northern Mexico, Argentina’s Juan Brunetta scored a goal to give the Mexicans a 2-0 series win.
Tigres withstands Nashville attack

The Tigres pressed at the start of the game, but in the 14th minute they suffered the loss of Uruguayan midfielder Fernando Gorriarán due to injury.
One of the team’s offensive spark plugs, as a result of which the Americans moved forward and closed better.
Led by Germany’s Hany Mukhtar, Nashville, who eliminated Lionel Messi’s Miami and Mexico’s America on the road, created danger.
However, they lacked punch against a disorganized Mexican team.
The second half began as it ended, with the visitors dominating, but the Mexicans recovered the ball and pushed the rival back (Filed as: Tigres UANL advances to the Concacaf final).

In the Concacaf final on May 30, Tigres UANL will face the winner of the series between Mexico’s Toluca and Los Angeles FC of MLS, who will play this Wednesday in Toluca.
