Have you ever felt like you’re the dessert and never the main course? In the most recent episode of El Diva Show, a stellar production of Nueva Network and QuéOnnda, our beloved Diva de México put her finger on a topic that burns a lot of people: Have you ever been a second-table dish? HERE you can listen to the podcast.
Between erotic confessions, unthinkable marriage agreements and a couple of well-applied “sas culebras”, the audience opened their hearts to reveal what happens when love (or passion) is lived in the shadow of someone else.

One of the most striking moments of the podcast was the call from Gustavo Arias.
The singer confessed that, at the age of 22, he had a relationship with a married woman whose husband, after becoming paralyzed, asked her not to waste his youth.
“The gentleman knew, but the condition was not to know who I was,” Gustavo recounted.
A story that left La Diva -and all of us- with a square eye.
From “vice for old ladies” to Sunday cheating
It was not all drama; there was also room for mischief.
The “Borrego” admitted his weakness for older women, assuring that, although they treated him like a king and took him to eat caviar, the feeling of being a “nanny” ended up tiring him out.
On the other hand, Ariel shared the bitter side of the coin: he fell in love with a woman who swore to be separated, only to discover that she used the pretext of “working overtime as a waitress” to run away with him. Take it, cachetona!
Dignity above all: “I don’t pick up slime from anyone”.
But if anyone brought order to the henhouse, it was Lulu.
With her head held high, she recounted how she rejected a married suitor who told her the classic story that “they didn’t understand him at home”.
“Look sir, I don’t go around collecting drool from anyone,” said Lulu, earning the Diva’s applause.
This episode is not only high-voltage gossip; it is a reflection of complex human relationships, loneliness and the search for affection.
As our Diva says: “The chain of marriage is so heavy that it takes two to carry it… and sometimes three”.
