“If you’re not ready to listen to the truth, don’t even press play. Zas culebra! With that warning, La Diva de Mexico opened one of the most nostalgic and raw broadcasts of her podcast. HERE you can listen to the podcast.
The central theme: that first love that we all idealize, but that for many was the beginning of a golden cage or, even worse, of a tragedy. Get ready to hear unforgettable stories of first love on El Diva Show.

The episode started with the case of “El Gavilán”, who confessed that his first partner wanted to keep him isolated from the world.
The Diva, with her direct style, reminded the audience that no one has the right to change you: “The person falls in love with you for the way you are, so don’t let them come and change you later”.
Throughout the program, the calls kept pouring in.
We learned the story of Jerónima, titled by the Diva as “La viruela loca”, about a boy who was not ashamed to approach her when she was sick.
And that of Lulu, nicknamed “Al filo del amor” (On the edge of love), who lived a romance under the threat of her stepfather’s machete while working in the fields.
Unexpected encounters and premonitory dreams
What happens when you meet that first love years later? Florentino recounted his surprise at seeing his ex, Marichuy, in the tortilla line already carrying their children.
On the other hand, Rafaela shared something that left everyone frozen: every time she is going to have problems with her current partner, she dreams of her first love. “They are premonitions,” La Diva sentenced.
Tragedy and strong confessions
It wasn’t all laughter. The tone of the podcast changed when Rosie remembered Antonio, her first school sweetheart who died in a car accident.
But the confession that left the table silent was that of Cristobal, who admitted that out of jealousy he “threw her first boyfriend to the police”, causing his deportation and subsequent death in his country of origin.
“How strong you are,” was all a visibly shocked Diva could say.
Disillusionment and abuse
The program also served as a space for denunciation.
Richi recounted her experience with a man 25 years older when she was only 15, a situation that the Diva correctly qualified as abuse, exposing how many times the innocence of youth is taken advantage of by “old gangsters”.
In closing, amidst anecdotes of “sweaty hand kisses” and desperate Facebook searches, the Diva thanked her audience for letting her into “the kitchen, the car or the heart”.
What about you Onnda? Was your first love a castle or a ruin? Do you regret giving your heart to that person? We want to read your stories in the comments!
