And he contributed five points, four rebounds and a block in his team’s 125-117 win over the Toronto Raptors.
Gonzalez connected on two of the three field goals taken in the 18 minutes on the court coming off the bench that coach Joe Mazzulla gave him.
The Celtics were led by Payton Pritchard’s 27 points and eight assists.

It was another tough night for Jordi Fernandez’s Brooklyn Nets, who fell 105-121 at home to the Los Angeles Clippers in front of 31 points from former player James Harden and 26 from Kawhi Leonard.
The Nets are second to last in the East and have won only five of 20 home games.
