In March 2025, Puerto Rican businesswoman and personality Maripily Rivera publicly expressed her displeasure with Alfredo Adame, Mexican actor and host, due to his behavior on the reality show La Casa de los Famosos All-Stars.

Maripily Rivera withdraws her support
Through her Instagram account, Maripily Rivera shared a message to Adame: “I’m not going to defend the indefensible. Alfredo Adame, you’re going crazy, and it’s a good thing you’re being put in your place, because sometimes you forget to be humble. I do not support your out-of-place comments at the dinner and the positioning. I am very angry.
The controversy arose during a dynamic in which the participants had to position themselves with respect to the nominees to leave the house.
Caramelo questioned Adame’s sincerity, to which he responded with derogatory comments, calling Caramelo a “stupid little orangutan brain”.

Previously, she had harshly criticized contestant Alejandra Tijerina, pointing out that she “speaks pure stupidity” and questioning her contribution to the program.
