Liga MX officially revealed the dates and times of the Apertura 2025 Final, a duel that has generated enormous expectation both in Mexico and among the millions of Hispanic fans living in the United States. Toluca and Tigres, the two best teams in the tournament, will face each other for the title in a series that promises intensity, revenge and a soccer atmosphere that many fans will be able to enjoy from cities such as Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, New York or Miami, where Liga MX has massive audiences.

Toluca arrives as overall leader after an impeccable regular phase: 37 points from 11 wins, 4 ties and only 2 defeats. The Diablos Rojos are also the current champions, having been crowned in May 2025 against América at the Nemesio Diez, a stadium that will once again play a key role as it will host the second leg of this new Final. Tigres, for their part, finished as runner-up with 36 points (10 wins, 6 draws and just 1 defeat), once again reaffirming the strength of their squad and their ability to compete in the playoffs. Their attack -one of the most convincing in the tournament- was decisive in reaching this stage.
