Ariana Grande is ready to launch a new musical era. The artist confirmed that her eighth studio album will be titled Petal, a project that promises to show a much freer, riskier and personal side of her career.

During a meeting with content creator @amirmeetsny, Ariana made it clear that petal will not be a follow-up to positions, her 2020 hit album.
“I simply like to evolve,” the artist later wrote on networks, making it clear that this new production will explore different musical territories than those her fans are already familiar with.
The full album will be released on July 31, in the middle of The Eternal Sunshine Tour, which kicks off on June 6 in Oakland, California. Oakland.
